With more than 30 years in the industry, she knows the importance of customer service, attention to detail, and adding in customized and personal touches to create the perfect event, and overall experience. These traits, along with many others, are embodied by our team of experts. They confidently provide direction to our customers, and execute their goals with care and connection in mind. 

Stephani Warfield

Director of Sales, Events, & Marketing

Throughout her career, Stephani has held various roles, including Spa Supervisor, Event Sales Manager, Associate Director of Sales, and currently holds the position of Director of Sales, Marketing, and Events. Stephani is very enthusiastic about Sales and Events. However, her true passion is mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals and is known for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to creating positive and lasting impressions on every guest.

Kiyomi Smiley

Event Planning Manager

Over her 20 plus year hospitality career, Kiyomi has held multiple positions within the hotel. From Front Office Host, FO Supervisor, Group Reservations Coordinator to Reservations Supervisor. In 2020, she became Operations Supervisor, General Cashier and Reservations Supervisor as a hybrid position. She is known for her great energy and willingness to help everyone. With the desire to learn more, mentor colleagues and continue to be of service. In 2022 she became an Event Planning Manager. Being a multifaceted Event Planning Manager has allowed her to showcase her ability to understand meetings and events in all ways. A strong relationship with a client based on understanding of all their needs is her key to success.
