I'm lucky to have a highly skilled culinary team working closely together to support Hyatt's core principle of "Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served."

Coming from a region with an abundance of locally sourced meat, produce and other products, we focus on creating great fresh taste - - all while fulfilling guest's preferences and supporting a healthy earth. Here at Andaz, food is more than just eating. It is an opportunity to savor the Southern California flavors while connecting with those around us.

Jackie's Jams

El Cajon, CA

Jackie’s Jams crafts jams and jellies the old-fashioned way, by hand and using only natural ingredients. Created with locally grown fruits whenever possible from farmers throughout Southern California.

Cafe Moto Coffee

San Diego, CA

Family-owned business that has been roasting coffee in San Diego since the late 1960s. With a long-time love of vintage motorcycle racing, technical involvement with espresso machines and coffee blends, they launched Cafe Moto in 1990.

O'Brien's Boulangerie is a family-owned and operated business, with two generations of tradition in baking. They take pride in their sourdough and rye breads, which are rated the best in the city.
